imaoi Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 May 2026

These terms govern use of imaoi (the "Service"), a self-hosted content scheduling dashboard operated from the United Kingdom and accessible at imaoi.uk and postiz.imaoi.uk. By accessing the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

imaoi is a single-tenant dashboard that allows a verified creator to authenticate with TikTok, Instagram, and X via each platform's official APIs and schedule, draft, and publish AI-generated content to their own connected creator accounts. It is operated by an independent UK creator and is currently not offered as a public, multi-tenant product.

2. Eligibility and account access

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

4. AI-generated content disclosure

All content produced and published through this Service is fully AI-generated, depicts a fictional AI character, and is labelled as AI-generated on every connected platform using each platform's native AI-content disclosure mechanism. Affiliate or sponsored content is disclosed at the start of the relevant caption with #ad or #affiliate, in line with UK ASA / CAP Code guidance.

5. Connected platforms

Use of the Service requires authentication to one or more third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms:

imaoi only uses scopes granted via official OAuth consent flows and only accesses data necessary to perform the scheduling action you have queued.

6. Intellectual property

All AI-generated content, branding, character designs, captions, and arrangements produced through the Service are the intellectual property of the operator. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used to train further models without prior written permission.

7. Service availability

The Service is self-hosted and offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts may fail due to upstream platform outages, API changes, or credential expiry, and the operator is not liable for any resulting loss of reach, revenue, or engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the operator's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service is limited to the value of fees paid for the Service (which is currently zero, as the Service is not commercially offered).

9. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate the Service, or any connected account's access to it, at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your social accounts via the dashboard.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
